What the club is

A membership, not a facilities list

As a resident of EYWA you gain access to the Eywa Club, designed to enhance the living experience with a range of bespoke services tailored to your needs.

Most branded residences in Dubai sell an amenities floor and call it a lifestyle. EYWA sells the operating layer that runs on top of it. The Eywa Private Wellth Membership Club is described by the developer as a sanctuary focused on innovation, sustainability and holistic health — a way of living that combines wellness, comfort and personalised support delivered directly to the door.

Two concierges anchor the model, and they do genuinely different jobs. The Daily Routine Concierge takes care of everyday errands so that time goes to family, personal growth or business rather than to logistics. The Health & Longevity Concierge provides tailored wellness programmes, health assessments and longevity services intended to help a resident maintain vitality and resilience at every stage of life.

Around them sits a community layer: a standing calendar of rituals, three kitchens with different dietary philosophies, private dining, a restaurant with a Chef’s Table, and a hydroponic micro-farm that supplies it. Members also get access to the facilities of both towers and to premium health, beauty and integrative medicine centres through trusted partners — general consultations, specialised treatment, diagnostics or a holistic health programme.

Eywa rituals

A calendar, not an events list

Eight recurring rituals give the building its rhythm. Two of them happen every day, which is what turns a tower into a community rather than a stack of apartments.

Ritual Cadence
Sound healing session Once a week
Gong ceremony “Farewell to the Sun” Daily
Fire ceremony with candles Daily
Cinema night Every Friday
Lectures and masterclasses Once a week
Culinary theatre performance Twice a week
Residents’ birthdays As they fall
International holidays Through the year

The rituals are not decoration on the management contract; the developer files them under service and management, next to five-star hospitality and what it calls the scenography of management and service. A daily gong at sunset and a daily candle ceremony do something an amenities list cannot: they give strangers on different floors a reason to be in the same room at the same time, every day, without organising anything themselves.

The weekly layer works differently. Sound healing in the crystal-lined meditation pyramid, a lecture or masterclass, a Friday film indoors or in the open-air cinema, and culinary theatre twice a week in the club house — enough structure that a resident who wants a full social calendar has one, loose enough that a resident who wants privacy is never obliged.

Food

Three kitchens, a Chef’s Table and a farm

Nourishment is one of the seven WELL core concepts, and EYWA treats it as infrastructure rather than as an amenity.

Three distinct kitchens

Vegetarian kitchen
One of three separate kitchens in the club house, each designed for a different dietary philosophy.
Vegan kitchen
A fully separate kitchen rather than a menu section, so preparation does not cross over.
Traditional kitchen
The third kitchen, covering conventional cuisine for residents and their guests.

The three kitchens sit in the club house and are described by the developer as catering to diverse dietary preferences and promoting a vibrant dining experience. Around them the restaurant offers a Chef’s Table where residents pre-order favourite dishes, prepared to their taste and with ingredients bought from a list they supply themselves. Private dining rooms on the amenities floor convert into offices when they are not being used for a meal, and Way of Water adds a private dining floating island and a health bar.

Supply is handled in-house where possible. A soil-less hydroponic micro-farm grows 3,570 plants per cycle — 2,296 heads of lettuce, 287 herbs and 987 seedlings — using a water-based nutrient solution that conserves up to 90% more water than conventional growing and produces faster, healthier, pesticide-free growth. Agreements with local bio-farms supply residents and the restaurant with organic produce, and premium organic and bio food products can be delivered directly to the apartment.

The sensory side is deliberate too: specially selected exclusive coffees and treats made from natural ingredients are served in the club house and the main hall, and the culinary theatre performances run twice a week in the same rooms.

The small print

What a service list is and is not

  1. 01 Every service on this page comes from the developer’s club documentation for the two towers. Which services are included in the service charge, which are billed per use and which are delivered by third-party partners is set out in the management agreement, not in the sales material.
  2. 02 The health and longevity programme coordinates and refers. Clinical work is done by partner clinics and licensed practitioners; the club is not a medical provider and nothing here is medical advice.
  3. 03 Ritual cadences, kitchen formats and partner arrangements are the operating model as designed. Ask for the current service pack and we will send what the operator has confirmed in writing rather than what the brochure promises.
