Nothing in this offer lives in a phone call. The furniture gift, the discount and their combined value are confirmed in your personal offer and then in the reservation documents — in numbers, per unit, in writing.

The complete furniture package as a gift
Book your residence before 15 October 2026 and R·Evolution provides the complete designer furniture package as a gift. Depending on the residence you choose, the package is worth 7–10% of its price — the developer estimates it from roughly AED 350 per sq ft of interior it furnishes, and confirms the exact value for your unit in the personal offer.
You choose one of two interior concepts developed specifically for EYWA. Either one arrives as a finished home, not a starting point: you receive the keys to a residence that is ready to live in.

An additional 5% off the price list
Once you receive your personal offer with the private selection of available residences, you have 10 calendar days to place the refundable AED 100,000 booking. Do that, and an additional 5% discount off the price list applies to your residence — on top of the furniture gift, not instead of it.
The window exists for one reason: availability is real, the same units are shown to a small number of clients, and the developer will only hold pricing for a defined period. Within those 10 days you can review floor plans, compare units and view the show residence — the discount simply requires the booking to land inside the window.

Combined value: up to 15% of the price
Furniture gift and discount together add up to as much as 15% of the residence price. Because both terms scale with the price of the unit, the absolute numbers are significant at EYWA’s level.
A worked example at a residence price of AED 20M: the furniture package is worth up to AED 2M, the early-booking discount is AED 1M, and the combined benefit reaches up to AED 3M. Your personal offer states the exact figures for the specific unit you choose.

How it works
From personal offer to reservation, in seven steps
The process is deliberately unhurried on your side and precisely timed on the developer’s side. Two clocks matter: 10 days to book with the discount, and 7 days of price lock after booking.

You request the offer through the form on this page. We reply in writing with the terms confirmed for you personally.

Private selection
You receive a private selection of currently available residences with floor plans, views, prices and payment plans.

Viewing
A private Zoom presentation, or a personal viewing of the show residence in Dubai — it is located inside EYWA Tree of Life.

Choice of residence
You choose the unit. Its exact furniture-package value and discounted price are confirmed in writing before you commit anything.

Refundable booking
You place the AED 100,000 booking. It is fully refundable: if you decide not to proceed, the amount is returned.

Price lock
From the moment of booking, your unit, its price, the discount and the furniture gift are locked for 7 calendar days.

Reservation
Within those 7 days you sign the reservation form and make the payment it sets out. The locked terms carry into the purchase.

Booking mechanics
What the booking does — and does not — commit you to
The AED 100,000 booking is a hold, not a purchase. It takes your chosen residence off the market and freezes its price, the 5% discount and the furniture gift for 7 calendar days. If you decide not to proceed, it is refunded in full.
To keep the locked terms, the reservation form must be signed and its payment made within those 7 days. Everything — the unit, the price, the discount, the furniture package value — is stated in the documents you sign, so there is nothing to renegotiate later.
