By using eywalifedubai.com you accept the terms below. They govern the information published here and nothing else: they do not govern any purchase, which is a separate matter between you and the developer under its own documents.

The terms are short because the site does few things. Most of what follows is about the accuracy of data rather than about your conduct.

What this site is

It is an information site about the EYWA project in Business Bay, Dubai, published to help a prospective buyer understand the two towers and decide whether to enquire. It is a marketing and information resource, not a transactional one: no reservation can be made here and no payment can be taken here.

Nothing on any page constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, an invitation to treat with binding terms, or a contract. Descriptions, lists and tables are provided for information.

Prices, areas and availability are indicative

Every price, area, unit count, parking allocation, payment stage and handover reference on this site is indicative and may change without notice. Prices in particular move with the developer’s release schedule; a unit shown here may already be sold, and a price shown here may already have been superseded.

Areas are stated as the developer states them. Where the source material separates net saleable area from external or terrace area, we reproduce both figures rather than adding them into a single number of our own devising, because the two are not interchangeable. Conversions between square feet and square metres are rounded and are provided for convenience only.

Prices given in a second currency are indicative conversions, not quotations. The transaction currency is the one in the developer’s documents.

Only a written confirmation from the sales desk, and ultimately the reservation form and the sale and purchase agreement, state a price, an area or an availability that you may rely on.

Where the data comes from

The primary sources are the developer’s own presentations for the two towers and the developer price list. Where a figure comes from a property portal or another aggregator instead, the page carrying it says so, and that figure is labelled indicative until the developer confirms it.

Each block of hard numbers on this site carries a source note naming the document behind it and the date the data was captured. If a number here has no source note, treat it as narrative rather than as data, and ask us to confirm it.

Developer material is itself subject to change during design development and construction. Specifications, brands, finishes, planting, amenity layouts and the placement of decorative elements may be substituted for items of comparable quality.

Renders, plans and visualisations

Renders and visualisations express design intent. Furniture, styling, art, planting, lighting effects and views from a given level are illustrative and are not part of what is sold. Show residences, including those presented as 360° tours, are furnished and staged.

Floor plans and general arrangement drawings are the architects’ drawings as published in the developer material. They are not construction drawings, dimensions shown are subject to site tolerances, and the binding layout for a specific unit is the one annexed to its sale and purchase agreement.

This site is not operated by R·Evolution, and use of those names does not imply that the developer authored the text published here.

Third-party brand names — architectural practices, equipment and finish manufacturers, certification bodies — appear for identification only. Their marks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance is not an endorsement of this site by them.

The original text, structure, translations and data presentation on this site belong to its operator. You may quote a passage with a link back. You may not republish the price tables, unit schedules or translated copy in bulk as your own material, and you may not extract them by automated means at a scale that burdens the site.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out: the 360° tours run on a platform operated by a third party, and source notes link to the property portals cited. Those destinations are outside our control. A link is a citation, not a recommendation, and we accept no responsibility for the content, accuracy or availability of anything published there.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. We take real care with the data — that is the point of the source notes — but we do not warrant that every figure is accurate at the moment you read it, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for any particular purpose of yours.

This site is published in English, Russian and Arabic. The three versions are written rather than machine-translated, and we intend them to say the same thing. If a discrepancy ever arises in these terms or in the privacy policy, the English version is the reference text.

How a binding agreement actually arises

A purchase becomes binding through the developer’s documents, not through this site: a reservation form, then a sale and purchase agreement, with payment made into the project escrow account and registration handled through the Dubai Land Department. Those documents contain their own terms, their own warranties and their own governing law, and they prevail over anything published here.

If a figure in those documents differs from a figure on this site, the documents are correct.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site changes; the date shown below reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms. Any question about them can be sent through the enquiry form, which is the only contact route this site publishes.
