The answer arrives in writing, so you can read it properly, forward it to whoever else is deciding and compare it against other projects. If you would rather talk it through, say so in the message field and we propose times instead.

Availability unit by unit, the price list with areas in square feet and square metres, parking allocation, the floor plans of the shortlisted residences, and the staged payment schedule with the 4% Dubai Land Department registration fee shown separately rather than buried in the total.

The reply language is whichever you select in the form — English, Russian or Arabic. It does not have to match the language you are reading the site in, and it does not have to match the language you write to us in.

Follow-up stays in the same thread with the same person. If an enquiry goes quiet we close it instead of chasing it, and you can reopen it at any time through this same form.
